It is the responsibility of the proposer or bidder to obtain, complete, and submit all requested documentation in compliance with stated specifications, including addenda posted after the initial notice is issued. Requests for Public Records Related to Submitted Bids and Proposals

Requests for public records related to submitted bids and proposals should be directed to the Office of the City Clerk. Please note, requests for copies of proposals submitted to the City are exempt from disclosure until after negotiations are complete, pursuant to Government Code § 7928.410, et seq. Bid results are viewable on the City website when posted as part of the City Council meeting agenda packet.
