for Cerritos On Wheels (COW)
Effective May 31, 2026, the City’s Cerritos On Wheels (COW) fixed-route service will no longer be in operation. For questions or assistance, please contact the Department of Community Development at (562) 916-1202.
In addition to regional transit providers that operate fixed-route services, the City of Cerritos offers its own demand response transportation service, the Cerritos Dial-A-Ride service, for residents aged 55 and older and for individuals with disabilities.

Fare
Effective July 1, 2026, fares will be $1–$7 per one-way trip, depending on destination
Hours of Operation
Monday–Friday
8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday
8 a.m.–5 p.m.
No service on City-observed holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
