Dial-A-Ride
The Cerritos Dial-A-Ride service offers curb-to-curb transportation for Cerritos residents with disabilities and seniors, age 55 or older. Dial-A-Ride service is provided to and from any destination within Cerritos, Artesia, and portions of La Palma and Norwalk (Tier 1). In addition, Dial-A-Ride provides service to and from any medical facility or hospital within a three-mile radius of Tier 1 boundaries (Tier 2), and also to City-approved medical facilities and hospitals outside Tier 2 boundaries (Tier 3).

8 a.m.–5 p.m.
No service on City-observed holidays.
Dial-A-Ride Passenger Registration
Prior to using the Dial-A-Ride service, passengers are required to register with the City for verification of eligibility. To register, please complete the following Dial-A-Ride Passenger Registration & Waiver Form:

Completed applications will be reviewed within 2–3 days of receipt. Notification of approval will be provided via mail. Upon approval, Dial-A-Ride passengers may proceed in scheduling reservations to use the Dial-A-Ride service.
Make a Dial-A-Ride Reservation
Reservations are required for all Dial-A-Ride trips and can be made up to 48 hours in advance by calling the Dial-A-Ride reservation line at (866) 402-7433 or (562) 402-7433. Requests for same-day service are only accepted for trips Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on availability and are not be guaranteed. Reservations are required for trips on Saturday and Sunday and same-day requests are not accommodated. If you need to cancel an existing reservation, please contact the Dial-A-Ride reservation line.
