The City of Cerritos will hold a ribbon cutting to commemorate infrastructure improvements and new features at Frontier Park. The public is invited to view the upgrades at the event on Monday, August 10, at 3 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

Crews recently completed the installation of a new, larger picnic shelter at the park. The project also included restored landscaping, new picnic tables, and new energy efficient LED lighting. Visitors also have access to a new grill, which offers two adjustable cooking grates with multiple height settings to serve both small and large groups.

Frontier Park is located at 16910 Maria Avenue in Cerritos.
