Facility Rental

Rooms at the Cerritos Senior Center can be rented for adult-oriented events. The Center's 5,000-square foot Majestic Room and catering kitchen can accommodate large gatherings. The Center also offers multipurpose rooms and an outdoor patio area available for reservations.

Alcohol service must end one hour before the event ends. Alcohol can be served for a maximum of 5 hours. A charge for Sheriff's Department Personnel is also required per 100 people. A rate of $75 an hour per sheriff deputy.

Rental Policies

Senior Center Facility Rental Policies and Procedures

In addition:

Reservations are permitted weekends only
Reservations must end by 11 p.m. and clean-up must end by midnight
Only adult-focused functions are allowed in the Senior Center
A minimum payment of 50% of the total deposit must be made at the time of reservation; the remaining balance is to be paid in full the first day of the month prior to the requested day
Deposits are refundable pending inspection of space
